Rustic Fusion

Rustic Fusion is an original collection designed by Ronnie Magee. Ronnie believes that there is a natural affinity between Old Western motif and the geometric design styles found in Caucasian rug motif. Although separated by a distance of 6 thousand miles the two styles have much in common, like horses, pottery, blankets and hand woven rugs. Beginning with the Crusaders and continuing through Tamerlane and the Ottoman Empire, textile trade between east and west has continued virtually uninterrupted. Rugs and blankets found their way into the Old West, through early settlers and trading posts. As a result, the influence of Caucasus color and style has been around for centuries to a point where they are now a staple of American decor.
